KIm Kardashian immediately issued a statement about the photos because she was infected with influenza and that was the caused why her lips was so fluffy and swelling. But that is kind of weird since flu don't inflame lips, eyes maybe. Many are suspecting that Kim Kardashian injected silicon on her lips and the swelling was the side effect of the silicon.
